I'm also someone who likes to share with others my plans and goals. So it was really interesting to see the idea that Luck = Doing x Telling, which in hindsight does work! Spreading the word about my aspirations has led people around me to introduce me to opportunities that I wouldn't get if I hadn't said anything.
I completely agree! I like to believe there's also a transfer of enthusiasm that takes place when you talk about your work and vision in public — conviction is contagious :)
